The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Set amidst large gardens and featuring a sun terrace with views of the Jungfrau mountain range. All the en-suite rooms feature mountain views. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from Wildersvil Station and in a quiet area. The jacuzzi is great and the staff are all wonderful, including the manager. Breakfast has everything you could want, sweet and salty.

Extremely clean room and bathroom. A stocked fridge. Plenty of espresso. A kitchen, lots of towels...this place has everything you need minus a washer and dryer. Location is okay...not the best, but close to Interlaken West. Nice cafe right outside the place. If you have a lot of luggage be prepared to go up two flights of stairs..but the climb is worth it. The value on this place is incredible.

Breakfast is good and there is laundry who is helpful when you are staying for longer durations . We enjoyed our stay in HAPIMAG and looking forward to come back again .
