I spent 2 nights alone as a treat to myself. This is the best place to spend time alone (or not ), you can't get bored as you can spend time at the spa or the gym, or sit at the balcony and watch passers by. The staff is nice and discreet. They'll answer any questions and accommodate your needs. Very enjoyable spa and very well equipped gym. The bedding is very comfortable. The room is extremely clean and cozy. The shower is amazing.

The location in Beatenburg was ideal for me. Away from the tourist throngs in Interlaken, it was literally a breath of fresh air. The themed rooms boast generous space and lots of features that gave it great value for money. The host Dominic was outstanding. There was nothing too much for him. His service, breakfast of choice and complimentary drinks are all extraordinary. The location of the hotel features some of the most spectacular views of the lake below and the mountains. Simply outstanding.

The location was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was delightful. Most of all, we loved the beautiful tennis court — such a unique highlight! The hotel has a good view and is very quiet. There are no other hotels around. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded the room for us. The breakfast is delicious. We have cooked delicious food after travelling in the past few weeks. It's a pity that we don't have time to experience dinner and SPA. The wine is also great.

We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.
