The room was clean and cosy with beautiful view of snowy pines. Breakfast is pretty common, and the dinner menu is much better, I was not disappointed. Staff is polite and cheerful. And the hotel itself is stylish. What I liked the most was views: from the room, from the dining room, from the lobby. I want to visit Moreni again.

We particularly loved the view from our room on the 20th floor, as well as the extremely convenient location in the centre of Sofia!

Upon arrival, the host was in contact with me via WhatsApp. She helped us out with parking outside the apartment and gave us all the locations for the Christmas markets and things to do with the kids. There were snacks and fruit upon our arrival. Very nice touch. Absolutely fantastic stay.

The Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel is situated in Sofia, 400 metres from St. Kliment Ohridski Metro Station and 10 km from Sofia Airport. You can sit down in the bar and enjoy the view of the park. The hotel is luxury.Rooms have a lot of space. Price it is very good.
