Featuring a bar, garden and views of mountain, 103 Alpine Hotel is located in Panichishte, 3.4 km from Seven Rila Lakes Lift. Everything was great and we even spontaneously extended our stay to enjoy the spa longer. The hotel is in a quiet forest, the rooms are modern, well equipped with amenities and very clean, the restaurant has a nice mix of traditional and modern design. The breakfast was very good and everything we tried from the à la carte menu had great taste and quality.

This place is an absolute gem. Our host George has been exceptional so far. He assisted us with directions before we arrived and met us with a smile to show us around the room and small spa facility which looks lovely, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom facilities and optional music. George also helped us out with ski hire from the shop next door, they provided a good price compared to other tourist trap ski hire shops. I would recommend not booking ski hire, etc online and speaking to your host at the apartments instead. He advised that we get the rechargeable ski pass which works out cheaper if you're here for a bit longer. He also gave us reccomendations for food and drink nearby and told us where to avoid. The room itself is lovely, massive windows let in loads of natural light. Comfortable bed. There's also a nice shared balcony overlooking the ski slopes, which brings me on to my next point. The location could not be any better, right across the road from the ski slopes with the ski hire shop right next door and countless food and drink spots within a stone's throw. There seem to be some negative reviews linked to the Google page for White Horse Apartments which are actually for a white horse restaurant which isn't operating anymore. Don't let it deter you. George was also telling us about the plans to further improve the amenities for the accommodation. I won't share the details but it will definitely be worth checking out. We've barely started our holiday here but already we know that we'll be back at some point. Edit after check out: tried to leave a tip for George's mum who cleans the rooms because we can be a bit messy and when we went to collect our bags I found the tip lying on top of the bags. Went to give it to George and they refused to accept it. If that doesn't say something then I don't know what does.

I loved everything about this hotel - starting from the design, the staff, the restaurant, everything was very nice. It seemed like I am the only guest during the first night (Thursday), so I got all the attention and experienced the best hospitality I had ever experienced. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast, although they could improve their dessert menu.

Set in the Rila Mountains 5 km north of historic Borovets, Chamkoria Chalets consists of a complex of self-catering chalets and apartments. Very nice and helpful staff really going above and beyond so you can have a good stay.

Situated in the old centre of the resort, hotel Victoria offers great comfort and a cosy atmosphere for your winter or summer holiday amidst the peace and quiet of the mountain forest. Very tasty food and good service, not far from the center

Villa Sokol is located right in the centre of Borovets, next to the ski slope and the cable car. It features a relax centre and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Great comfort, cleanliness, coziness! Awesome breakfast, very polite and helpful staff. Really enjoyed playing chess and drinking tea up until after midnight. Great location for skying, hiking etc. Plus you always have a good parking space.
