The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.

There are also 9 massage cabinets and 1 cosmetic cabinet. Amazing location near the forest. Very nice spa with everything: outdoor + indoor pool, salt room, sounas, and steam baths. Super comfy relax zone. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Food was delicious also.

Modern clean Swiss like chalet property in the middle of the Bulgarian mountains and forest, a dream destination. Highly recommended. The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

The hotel was perfect for one night, we could have easily stayed longer. The staff were great especially the three young men who were working the night we arrived. They looked after us well, they're an asset to the hotel. We also really enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant.
