I loved the lobby, and the rooms. The luggage storage was a great addition, and the wifi worked flawlessly. Coffee and tea setup in the room was great! Wonderful bathrooms, and beds. Close to public transit. All the staff spoke English.

It is in the heart of the city, just 3 minutes away from Serdika. The hotel is new and the owner put a lot of effort in it. I liked the attention to the details. From the technical point the rooms are well equipped - big smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, really hot "hot water".
