We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.

The kitchen is amazingly good equipped. Everything is clean and suitable for a traveling family. Easy acess to kitchen from room. There is quiet and comfortable. Even with open windows to corridor there was quiet. Very nice place.

A spacious room, good spa, professional and kind staff. The hotel is in 5–10 min drive from Kranjska Gora, which makes it calmer and peaceful.

Our overall experience at the place exceeded any expectations! The place was absolutely stunning! It was beautifully decorated in a natural style reflecting the surrounding areas and care was taken to make it unique. The story behind the origin of the place really captured our imagination! Its definitely the best accommodation we had so far and we fully recommend it!

everything excellent. spa area and external pool are great, for children is a paradise with playgrounds, animals, spa dedicated area etc. amazing breakfast. we will come back!

we really liked the breakfast, it had lots of food choices so that everybody could have what they wanted to have. my daughter, who is normally a very picky eater, even found lots of food that she really loved!

We love the thermal pool and sauna facility. The room is and hotel every where are very clean. The restaurant half boarding is a bit disappointing. Food isn’t good, and staff there might be seasonal and not seem to be happy
