The first night was in the golden rooms, which were very well set up. The later nights were in the rooms off reception, which were not as fancy, but still more than adequate for our needs. It was clean and centrally located. The X-Factor for our stay was the manager, Julian. When we arrived for the second stay, my friend was quite unwell. Even before checking in, Julian showed him to his room and ensured he was comfortable. While I had to run an errand later, Julian ordered food for my friend and later arranged for a doctor to see him. His concern and care went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect in the circumstances. On this alone, I would have no hesitation in staying here again if I come back to Tirana. Julian makes the place. Follow his advice. Highly recommended.
