This hotel continues to impress me with its excellent service and facilities. One standout feature is the convenience of its massive 4-floor underground parking, which made arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel staff are amazing—professional, welcoming, and always smiling. They are incredibly efficient and eager to help with any request. Check-in took only two minutes, and we were quickly assisted with our luggage up to the room. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious at 52 square meters. It was a corner room with large windows offering a great view of the city. The room itself was modern, spotless, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was friendly and consistently excellent. The breakfast experience was equally delightful. There was a wide range of options, and the staff, especially Ms. Joan (if I recall her name correctly), were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right in the center of the city. Directly across the road is a shopping mall that has everything from A to Z, including a supermarket. Next to the mall is a lively walking street filled with restaurants and bars, making it perfect for dining out and enjoying the local atmosphere. We also took advantage of the hotel’s SPA services, including a facial, manicure, and pedicure. The treatments were of a high standard, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making it a truly relaxing experience. Overall, Maritim Hotel Plaza is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service, modern amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

The host helped us in every possible way, speaking good English. The cleaning lady was also helpful and kind, doing her job very well. Air conditioning, wifi, fridge, hair dryer.... All the nessessery things. Food we had in the restaurants close to the apartment - very tasty!! We can recommend the place to all travellers - families, friends, pairs.

I really felt that I could have asked for help navigating any common travel issue (restaurants , taxis, currency issues, finding a pharmacy, etc) and they would have been glad to help. At one point the taxi we had requested got lost on it's way to pick us up and we were going to be late to meet friends at a restaurant. The staff noticed our problem and went way out of their way to get us there on time. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend.
