I arrived late night, hotel was fully booked, I was provided a room which was not what I expected, but the front desk promised next day for sure they will able to provide the room I need, and yes 🙂, next day all of the front desk supported in making sure I was satisfied 100% in the 2nd room and yes I was. Room was on the 13 floor room number 1304, clean, hot water, all accessories are ok, and balcony view was nice. I thank the team in Icon delux specifically there FDM Mr. Kareem and where there is a good leader there is a good team around him. Definitely I will come back.

We had best time and we never had a chance to see so many polite employees as untill now. We will recomend to our friends and family. Breakfast was perfect ,as we see some people do complain sometimes that some food is missing,but I feel sorry for them ,because it looks like they dont turn around and see how many people are starving and not having a possibilites for any kind of food. But that is problem and lack of humanity. Thank you ,and we will be back .

I really liked the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel building is new and impressively better than the photos on Booking. The staff—Raghda, Abdelaal, Abraam, Balram, and Rekha—were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attention to detail made a significant difference in our stay. The manager, Mustafa, was always prompt and attentive, addressing our requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. I recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. It truly offers a wonderful experience!
