I cannot recommend this place enough. The little bungalow is very comfortable and the outdoor bathroom is just incredible! The garden is also great ans breakfast was very tasty. But what I appreciated the most was definitely Amy and her family's extreme kindness and very valuable help. Not only did they recommend places to go to and were always available to answer any questions, but I also had a medical problem and they have been absolutely perfect and helped me with every step. Long story short, if you stay in Ninh Binh, just go to Amy's house!

Such a peaceful place. The view is truly beautiful, it’s as nice or arguably even better than the pictures on Booking. The staff was SO KIND and so helpful. You can easily get around using the free bikes provided by the homestay, or they rent motorbikes. The bungalow was very clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was also very good!

Early check in - we were able to check in our room at 9am without even letting them know in advance! Great breakfast - simple and tasty way to start every day! Peaceful - it really is a quiet and relaxing homestay Free bicycles - cycling is the best way to explore a new place and the fact that they provide them for free is a huge plus Billiards - I suck at the game but it was fun playing Help with arranging transfer - a few messages and we were ready to move on to our next destination The best party in Vietnam! - by accident, on our second day they had a huge local party at the homestay, to which we were warmly invited!
