The room I stayed was a lot bigger than I was expecting (a big living room, separate kitchen, a big bedroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchen has basic silverwares, plates, bowls, cups, and glasses.. A rice cooker, toster, gas oven, microwave, frige / freezer, knife, cutting board, and cooking pots are all equiped. I was going to cook, sometime, so this was great. Wifi was working very well, and I was never been interrupted. The room was facing to the river, and the view was very good. Staffs are very helpful. The laundry with washing machine and dryer. There are many cafes, restrants, food stalls, and some small grocery stores outside the property in walking distance. Great place for long-term stay.

The building felt secure, and we appreciated the 24/7 security presence. The apartment had a cozy and modern feel, making it easy to settle in quickly. The host was excellent and suggested great recommendations for local food spots. The elevator was a bit slow at peak hours, but not a significant issue.

We booked this apartment due to its great location and proximity to Thủ Đức district, it had secure place for motorbikes during night (under lock), room was huge and amenities for cooking , showering and relaxing were all there. We had view of a nice 5* hotel from our window , bed was extremely comfortable and shower felt like double size! Once again have to highlight super friendly approach of host, she cared so much about our stay and that we are happy and for that we are both very grateful, hope to visit again someday
