They upgraded us to a lake view room. It was amazing. Beautifully designed hotel, lovely artwork and friendly staff. Bedroom was very large and super comfy beds. We had a fireplace and large bath. Food at Brooks Bar was amazing and we loved the whole ambience of the entire hotel. Good location on edge of the main area in south lake tahoe.

    I liked the hot tub on the balcony. The kitchen was very well stocked. The washing machine had detergent. Bathrooms had blow dryers. The was no ac but there were a lot of fans which I appreciated. It did not help when the temp reached 80+ tho. especially upstairs. There were puzzles to play with and a Wii. Unfortunaely, the Wii did not work.
