Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable.
The hotel has it's own natural hot springs outdoor spa, which was so lovely and relaxing. Made my skin so soft. A hot breakfast, consisting of sausages, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy were available, including cereals, yogurts fruit and bread got toast.
The whole hotel had a great atmosphere and we felt very safe.
The hot springs were walkable across the park, as well as a natural hot springs swimming pool.
All in all, this was our favourite hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in, during our 16 day holiday and we would highly recommend

You are basically in Hot Springs National Park -- so it is definitely worth it. We went there for the dinosaur museum, which was close and great! But the park was a really welcome surprise.
