It’s clean and they have a jacuzzi so that was nice. The staff is very friendly also nice.

Breakfast was not included in our price of the hotel so we did not eat at this hotel but it look good and we did have a drink in the bar.
The room was quiet, spacious and the bed very comfortable.
The swimming pool was really lovely.
There are lots of bar/restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets.

I loved everything the Hotel. It was neat and clean as well as our room very spacious. Breakfast was abundant and delicious . I always look for the best hotel and I certainly found it with you. The staff was wonderful as well. Thanks so much for you hard work. We had enjoyable stay.

Great location, pool and hot tub were awesome. Property was clean and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The daytime cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were not connected to accommodate our family. AC unit had loose wires hanging below the unit. Hot tub didn't work, Accessibility devis for the pool and hot tub was broken. TV remote stopped working and had to walk down to lobby because no one answers the phone. Called but no answer, looking for additional towels and had to walk down to lobby and ask for towels. The Elevator was broken.

Staff on desk were extremely helpful when we asked to check in early and let us which worked out well as we needed to leave for airport by 7 the next morning. It allowed us to relax when we got our room early.
Also got help to print our boarding passes from young man who may have been manager.
Will stay there again next time we fly out of Sanford
