Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Everything. The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requirements and adjusted the menu accordingly. Concierge and front of house people were an excellent resource in helping me find my way around. It was really helpful that everyone spoke English as I did not speak Chinese. Nothing was a problem and they went about looking after me in a calm and efficient manner. rooms were spacious and bathroom luxurious. It was comfort plus plus. I had the swimming pool all to myself. It was refreshing and just what I needed after the heat of the day!

The breakfast was great with a variety of foods. The room is very comfortable and huge. The bathroom facilities are superb. Easily accessible by pubic transport. Superb service by the staff.
