We were here for our honeymoon and really really loved our stay! We highly highly recommend staying in Ahiyan. The staff welcomed us by decorating the room with roses and even fruits and nuts for snacks. All the staff were exceptional. Semra, the receptionist was very kind and really went above and beyond to help us. She was very sweet and even taught us some Turkish phrases to help us get around. Mehmet, the hotel manager was professional and extremely helpful. He was available and willing to help us anytime (even offering to give us a 3am wake up call for our balloon ride!). The young boy (sorry we forgot his name!), although spoke little English, still went above and beyond to help us in any capacity he could, such as carrying our bags and helping us with laundry. The traditional Turkish breakfast was absolutely delicious and one of the personal highlights for us during our whole trip to Turkiye. The chef cooked the breakfast fresh every morning and food was served to the table. We got to enjoy it all on their terrace with a view of the nearby Uchisar castle. The breakfast menu had staples that were served everyday, though it was not repetitive as they tried to switch some of the menu up a bit. I personally especially enjoyed the omelette with sucuk! The hotel itself is a new boutique hotel that opened around 8 months ago according to the staff, so the facilities are all new, very comfortable and extremely clean. We appreciated the free netflix provided to enjoy after a long day of tours. Location wise, there is quite a few traditional restaurants only about 2-3 min walk from the hotel and cheaper than in Goreme. Taxi station is available nearby, otherwise the hotel also provides private taxi for guests. Overall, we felt extremely safe and comfortable during our stay, and felt very lucky to have found such an excellent hidden gem during our time in Cappadocia. Thank you so much to the whole Ahiyan Hotel team for making our honeymoon so very special 😊

Everything was superb - the staff, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, the restaurant had a nice view and an excellent menu with reasonable prices. The breakfast was ample and the orange juice freshly squeezed. An excellent place to stay for touring the this very interesting region.

The location was perfect, with amazing views, and not overtly touristic like many other places in Cappadocia. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic, especially when we could enjoy it outside. Thank you all at Drala Inn.
