I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional – a special thank you to Serdar, Arman, and Farshid for always being so professional, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Also, a big shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast; always smiling and attentive, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean, and location is very good; everything you need is just a short walk away. And even if something isn’t nearby, the amazing staff always go out of their way to help organize everything for you. Highly recommended! 😃

Hotel is in a great location very closed to the town. Our balloon flight got cancelled but staff was super friendly and helpful by organizing an atv private tour that made our day great. We will definitely come back next year as we were happy with staff and the hotel which also has great views and good food.

Everything was incredible. The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Delicious breakfast with local products and dishes but what we liked the most was the attention of the staff, they were super helpful from the minute we arrive, they helped us with all our bookings for activities, they found my sunglasses that I forgot in the airport shuttle, arranged us a last-minute reservation for new-years eve, and let us made the check out one hour later because we woke up with a flu (they even took us to the pharmacy). Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, like a museum! Stunning pottery showcased throughout, lovely decor and lay out. Staff were fabulous and so helpful. It was hot (40 degrees some days!) so we loved jumping into the pool! The spa is lovely, I went swimming in the indoor pool every day, a real luxury. Breakfast was really nice and they mixed up the hot food each day. Coffee did the job but prefer Turkish coffee as places in Göreme don’t do non-dairy milk. We didn’t get to eat at Ala restaurant at the hotel but they have live music on weekends so wish we had been able to! Wine tap was fun! Two great viewing terraces to spot the hot air balloons! Even though it was hot, the cave room was cool enough for us with the fan. I was worried because of the lack of AC but I didn’t feel we needed it. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything about this stay in Goreme was absolutely perfect. The reception greeted us on arrival at around 2:30am and helped take our luggage. This isn’t something we’ve experienced anywhere else in our travels, as a small female with an extremely heavy suitcase. I really appreciated it. The room was absolutely stunning and the best was warm and comfortable. The breakfast goes for 3 hours every morning and they mix it up each day, which we really enjoyed. Lastly the views are absolutely unmatchable, you really get a panoramic view and can even watch the hot air balloons from the comfort of your room. The service is top tier, all the staff are extremely helpful assisting you with absolutely anything you need. I can’t recommend this place enough, we will remember our stay here for a lifetime.

I loved it. Although the balloon tour in Cappadocia was not possible due to the weather, the manager Narin was perfect, so I made good memories in Goerlem. Breakfast at the hotel was disappointing, but it was clean, warm and nice.
