Services: The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming, always ready to help with tips on tours, balloon ride bookings, and transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and homemade bread. Activities: The hotel helped us organize a balloon ride, a magical and unmissable experience. We also went on hikes and visited nearby valleys, all with the support of the staff. Conclusion: I highly recommend Rustic Caves to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The combination of warm hospitality, perfect location, and authentic experiences made this trip truly special.

This is a family hotel, everyone is super nice and friendly. The rooms are very big (we stayed in the lower floor), very clean and comfortable. During the day they offered us watermelon and other fruits when we were laying by the pool which was very kind. It’s SUPER close to the restaurants and “centre”, with only a 3-5min walking. Breakfast is also really good. Definitely recommend the hotel for anyone who’s looking to come to Cappadocia.

Great location. Kind staff. Clean room. Everything was perfect to me. They also arranged airport shuttle transfer services with extra charge. Although we had great time in the balloon tour, we can also have a chance to watch balloons at the terrace in the morning.

It was my first time in Goreme and I feel very lucky to have chosen this hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The warmth and sincerity that welcomes you from the moment you enter makes you feel how carefully the hotel is run. In terms of design, it is full of both aesthetic and functional details. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and furnished with quality materials. The sunset view I watched from the balcony in the evenings was really mesmerising. The pool was one of the areas I enjoyed the most during the holiday. As for the staff, it was very nice to meet such a caring, kind and energetic team. The whole team was friendly and sincere, as if they were people I had known for a long time. They helped me with every question with great patience and sincerity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the magic of Goreme. It is an ideal place for those who want to both relax and explore the region.
