The hotel premises were kept clean and secure. All reception/bar/restaurant/housekeeping staff were very polite and welcoming and Catalin was very helpful and offered assistance with every single enquiry I had including giving directions to reach specific parts of the city and good places where to dine in the evening when the hotel restaurant was closed.

The location was great, en route, quiet location, easy to find, great parking as we were travelling in a.van. Friendly welcome although we booked & arrived later in the day. Room was spacious & exceptionally clean & comfortable. We had a lovely balcony view. Made to feel very welcome even though we couldn't speak Romanian.

    I am a connoisseur of omelets and can say that the one provided at breakfast was a prize winner! The restaurant is very good, I had a chicken dinner which was cooked to perfection. Wine is available by the glass, which is a big plus. There is ample car parking space at the property. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
