Exceptional stay at this hotel. Staff were excellent, from the receptionist when we arrived, to everyone we met at breakfast and the night shift receptionist that even helped us after his shift had finished and he saw us at the Metro station. They made the stay very personal and would be a reason to go back. The online check in before arrival made the whole experience very smooth. Excellent location beside Trindade Metro. Room was beautiful, with every facility possible. The interior design is chic and timeless with a touch of local flair. Fabulous.

The staff, particularly Marta made our stay a huge success. She was adamant we had a great time and basically mapped our journey in Porto and surroundings. From the moment you arrive you are met with friendly and welcoming staff. Taking care of the car, a tour of the hotel and gorgeous rooms. The breakfast was exceptional! The shampoo, soap and everything else used in the rooms smell so good and are of a high quality. The view is gorgeous and it is peaceful. It almost makes you forget that you are in a city for a moment. The reception go out of their way to assist and they do make you fé welcome. Overall from all the hotels we stayed in in Portugal, this was by far the best!

The hotel and the staff exceeded expectations at all levels. From the personalised check-in process (with complementary wine) to all requests during the stay, it was a fabulous experience. The hotel is newly built, and cleanliness levels were high. The rooms are of a generous size with a pleasing layout and excellent amenities. Attention to details was significant. My complements to the hotel management and particularly to the front office staff, who made us feel important. A surprise with the in-house restaurant where we had some great meals, made and served with love. Location was very good, 10-12 minutes’ walk to downtown. Strongly recommended for enriching your overall experience of the trip to Porto.
