Joana and Ana were very friendly and helpful staff. We were pleased with our accommodation – it was clean and had a nice view, with a decent breakfast and a pool for relaxing. They made our stay comfortable and were responsive to our requests. Appreciated their service.

I cannot recommend this place enough . Pictures don’t do justice . The scenery is absolutely breathtaking ,there is an outdoor pool which is heated and also a jacuzzi , which can be used during the colder months . It was very clean , excellent amenities, the bed very comfortable and the staff very nice . Lana was very helpful and friendly.

From the first WhatsApp msg I got from the property manger (Debora), until we checked out two days after we were completely blown away from the place, its location (between a volcano and the most beautiful sunsets ever), the hospitality and level of careness, all the extra tourist info we received from Debora and the prime facility itself, this is by far the highest quality of accommodations I found through Booking. The house was really nice and the owners very kind. The offer the possibility to check out later as they did not have new guests The house was equipped with everything you need. It was quiet and also nice to have the sea just in front.

Very well designed property with ocean views on one side and Mt Pico on the other. Very private and peaceful and the hot tub under the stars is amazing after a day of exploring. Amazing hosts who really do what they can to make your stay special.

It was a great experience! We were both amazed by the hospitality and generosity of the host. We received a fruit basket including homemade jam and fruits from the garden upon arrival. We came for a friend's wedding and the apartment has a hair curler, which basically saved me as I under-packed. The place is so bright and cozy that we wanted to stay an extra week. I'm not an animal fan but by the end of the trip I managed to make friend with the cat, which was amazing!
