Excellent service Excellent restaurants and shopping, groceries very close. Excellent staff, they upgraded my room for free without request. So kind of them. Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at Umair Heaven Residence. From the owner Umair to the caretaker Saif, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Three nights well spent at one of the finest apartment rentals in the city of Lahore. Central location, stunning city views, comfortable and cozy bedrooms with massive living room space. The private terrace was a delight to have. A dedicated kitchen was a delight to have. Breakfast served from the cafes was delicious. A mega mall in the building was one of the major reasons we picked these apartments. Plenty of options for shopping and entertainment. Definitely recommended to international travelers.
