We loved everything from the location the room with the thought of every little detail like the warm bottle in bed at night the tea and the little cloth in the bathroom saying use me for everything. The service was so good from everyone of the staff. The breakfast was excellent so was dinner . Because we left early for Machu Pichu we got breakfast to go that was so perfect again with thought of the small things. Thank you for welcoming my daughter and her boyfriend that needed a place to stay few days later while waiting for their flight.

The breakfast is great, but we did not spend much time there because our tours started early. Baby Alpaca visits in the morning. The Courtyard is beautiful. Facilities are very nice and provide (outside your room!) enough space for individuals. Complimentary water to refill your bottles. Polite and attentive staff.

Very helpful and friendly customer service throughout the hotel from front of house to dining and spa staff. Everything was perfectly executed. 5 star luxury in an ideal spot in the city. Everything is within an easy walking distance. There’s cafes, restaurants, laundrettes, shops all around the area. Loved the spa treatment, soothing massage technique. Loved the hydrotherapy treatment. Food was sumptuous at breakfast and for dinner too.

Hommam was a great place to stay in a fantastic location. The room was excellent as were the amenities and the courtyard. I arrived late and Sharmely was very helpful checking me in and sharing recommendations for groceries and food around the hotel. Would highly recommend for solo and couple travelers.

Everything was great. The hotel’s location is a 15 minutes walk away from the historic center. The staff was VERY polite and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable and we were surprised to see that they cleaned our room even though we only spent 2 nights. The breakfast was also included. For how cheap it was, the hotel’s services are excellent.

    - Most welcoming staff who speak really good English and make you feel at home - The restaurant in the hotel is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. They also provide to-go breakfast when you cannot make it - had the breakfast package ready for me 4am in the morning when i had to leave for the inca trail tour - Really beautiful rooms and gorgeous patio where you can chill and have a cocoa tea - Have to try their spa! Did the Inka healing one and the private jacuzzi /sauna is a must after a long hike
