EVERYTHING. Hands down, it's the best hotel I've been to. Super clean, the room size is very suitable. The staff are the most professional and kindest ever. I never wanted to leave. They made my stay in Muscat memorable. The breakfast buffet is also amazing and varied.

The hotel was just amazing! Very kind and friendly staff, welcomed by Asma and her team. Absolutely clean and comfy and spacious rooms. Even the roof top pool was absolutely clear and clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! A huge variety of local and international food and beverages. The chef Suman and his crew have been soo kind and courteous, food is freshly prepared and top of the notch. We will definetly come again!

Clean, modern, spacious, and well designed. Lots of natural light come in through big windows. We had an especially comfortable bed, and the windows had blackout curtains, so it was hard to get out of bed! Housekeeping staff were quick and efficient, and the front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful with any questions we had. Lots of free underground parking. 100% recommend!

The area might not have a residential look, but the hotel is really nice, all comfort, hygiene, luxury feel. Close to Grand Mosque and to the airport (where they drove us to at 3 a.m. in the morning for a very decent fee - and we got a breakfast packet for the trip.) We arrived there on a Thai evening on the rooftop, I understand they do that kind of thing regularly. Great quality for a modest price !

Rooms are clean and enough for staying a night or two. there are enough storage options if needed. everything is convenient and calm. parking is plenty. as i only stay over in muscat to run errands, i will definitely use this place again. i like the female only fact.
