The staff were extremely helpful, and the services were top notch. Our family made use of the late night gym pool sauna and spa times, and the kitchen facilities in our room. The room was comfortable. And warm, and we will definately be back here next time we are in Wellington

    Super cosy room with beautiful views of the harbour. Very comfy bed. LOVE having a bath which I specially requested. I enjoy the low sensory vibe of the place - the low lighting in the hallways and no strongly scented cleaning products. Very relaxing for me. Enjoyed a lovely cheeseboard and wine in the lounge dining area - felt welcoming and was very chilled out for a person eating on their own. Singer/musician there for 'cocktail hour' was a nice touch.

    We came to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The hotal organised some treats for her, which was a lovely surprise to walk into. Thank you for going the extra mile and for leaving her those extra lovely treats and a bottle of bubbles on ice, it made her stay that little extra special. Her spa bath with a glass bubbles was such an awesome way to relax.

    Absolutely loved our stay. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. Excellent location with food, shopping, and activities all within walking distance. The room was fantastic and clean. The bed was comfortable and always had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a good size, rain shower and spa bath were lovely and relaxing. Excellent amenities including a wahing machine/drier in the room. The gym, swimming pool, and hot tub were amazing. Having valet parking was great. Highly recommend staying here.
