Really good host! just noticed me with too much snowboarding equipment, he just give me another room to store my gear! The best person I met when I was travelling in New Zealand. Would definitely recommend friends to stay !!

Amazing communication from Jeremy, accommodated to every request we had and very pleasant, all while being super busy!! The home is beautiful and spacious, exceeded all expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to book, this place is family friendly, while still being a cool place for friends. Just all round perfect night Thank you casa del caird!

Fantastic unit with all the facilities needed for a week long stay. Comfortable beds and heaters in every room meant that it was extremely relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

We had a lovely stay at Washpen Falls Chalet. The place was well looked after and really clean. We loved stargazing from out in the hot tub, and the Washpen Falls walk was also really interesting and had some stunning scenery. Thanks for hosting us!

    Continental breakfast in warm dining room and fresh filter coffee. Location is walking distance to Opuke hot pools and town. Relaxed after days skiing at the Bar , warm fire , comfy couch and Sky sports on TV. Swimming pool and spa available. Twin Room comfortable and warm, good bed , improvements to fixtures nice.

    Our apartment was great. We had a beautiful view from the lounge, the kitchen was iexceptiinally well equipped, our beds were comfortable and we were warm. We loved the spa and the nearby kids 0kayground was a bonus.

    We loved our stay at SXL! I wasn’t expecting such big communal areas- large pool, spa, games room, bar, TV lounge, breakfast and barbecue areas! I imagine when the place is full with big groups- the ski season, functions etc the place would be humming! Our host was very friendly, helpful and relaxed! Heaps of car parking! Very comfy beds! The GF muesli was 10/10 too!

    Basic but lovely clean and tidy accommodation. We had a fantastic time here on our girl's weekend away. We swam in the pool, and relaxed in the hot tub. Socialised in the evening in one of the lounges. We played pool, table tennis, and tabletop football. Tea, coffee, and breakfast too were a bonus. Opuke Hot Pools and the Methven walkway were really close by and the town wasn't too much of a walk either. The staff were all friendly & helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here.
