Absolutely a gem! Beautiful property with lovely beach and setting. Excellent restaurants (both are great with very fresh fish - large servings) and the nicest staff (especially head waiter at Rosemarin, pool and beach manager Ivan, breakfast welcome lady, and young ladies at the front desk). The best breakfast of anywhere we stayed. Very pet friendly which we really appreciated. So happy dogs could be on the beach! Wine o’clock at the marina is also a great restaurant. Free electric car charging also appreciated. You can walk to Herceg Novi on the waterfront but really why bother as the food and beach at the hotel are above and beyond anything in the area.

Hosts are friendly and kind people. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Huge villa with beautiful bedrooms, amazing view and swimming pool in a backyard. Indeed it is hidden gem in Boka Kotor Bay Area. Everything is perfectly clean, we had a room with jakuzi, which worked perfectly well. Balcony windows has mosquito net. I will come back for sure.
