Every tiny detail about the service is excellent, i mean who gives free popcorn and coffee unlimited more over, hair gel, and hair designing spray in the room with lots of other amanaties, convenient location very close to subway and park, highly recommend to stay if u r traveling in budget but dont wana compromise on comfort. Excellent service from front desk to concierge to Porter (esp Jin)…all with a smile! Breakfast was superb with abundant choices. Dim sum at the lounge was excellent. Bed was comfy. I like that it’s bathroom has both bathtub & shower unit. Super location with plentiful shopping.

The bath was amazing as expected and the rooms were very affordable for their quality and size. Water and towels were refilled every day, comfortable bathrobes were also provided. When we had issues with the AC they fixed it very quickly, communication was smooth through WhatsApp.
