Everything, from the location , spaces rooms to the amazing 5th floor pool area, bar and restaurant. But the gold medal is for the staff. The nicest and most professional staff i ever experienced. They make the guest feel special in every moment. I will return to this hotel for sure

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was simply stunning. We had a balcony room over the pool. The room was huge with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had whilst in asia. The staff were helpful and the pool was lovely after a busy day out and about. Our teens also had rooms and theres were lovely also. Its a small walk along the river to the centre of about 1km but its nice to be out of the business. Lovely coffee shops around.

Spent two nights in this resort in Siem Reap and it was truly incredible stay. From the moment we arrived I knew we booked the best place to stay. Loved absolutely everything from the surroundings, high quality services, fresh delicious food, kind and always smiling staff to our spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. I do highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

We really enjoy our stay at The Palmery. We spent almost a week there and could easily have stayed longer. The room was perfect, very comfortable, we enjoyed spending time there during a break from exploring the area. Additionally, the staff is very helpful. The place is definitely worth recommending.

The staff was awesome! Breakfast also, if they have a lot of rooms booked you get buffet, otherwise it's a la carte. Both options were very good! The room was real clean, everyday cleaned an really big like on the pictures. They don't want to sell you tours, like normally everywhere. No scam! Been to siem a lot of times, this was one of the best hotels I've been here. You can walk to the old market in about 12 minutes, so no problem (don't understand the other recommendations). By Remarque it's maybe 3-4 minutes. Only at the pool you don't have a lot of sun the whole day, but it was clean and comfy! So all together.... Book this hotel if you want a real careless stay!!

I can't rate this place high enough. The hotel is lovely, as are the rooms, but the people make it fantastic. The breakfast selection is quite varied and has changes made every day. Eggs, breads, congee plus a number of other asian dishes, salads, coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, plus. As mentioned, the staff are so delightful to deal with. We have already checked out, and right now, we are waiting in the foyer for our ride to the airport in about 90 minutes. We were brought water and their tasty welcome drink. Fantastic service. The location is also terrific, nice walking distance to most of what you would want to see and do. There are many many very good small restaurants within a block radius .

We chose Koulen Hotel in Siem Reap—and we’re so glad we did! It’s just a five-minute tuk-tuk ride to the Old Market, a three-minute walk to the Royal Residence, and right next to a huge shopping mall. In short, it's one of the best locations to stay in the city. I’m not sure if Cambodian people are traditionally this hospitable, but the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. When we were leaving, all the reception staff came out to the front of the hotel to say goodbye, as if a family member was heading off on a long trip. It was such a warm and memorable gesture! Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from authentic Cambodian cuisine to Western dishes, catering to every taste. The beds and pillows are super comfortable—just as cozy as the ones at home. Sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed daily and are always fresh, spotless, and crisp white. The rooms are huge—and when I say huge, I mean it! Each unit consists of a spacious bedroom, a small kitchen, a dining table, and a living area. The entire hotel is immaculately clean. I highly, highly recommend this place!

We stayed in the most wonderful suite we have ever stayed in. The room is luxurious, spacious and really comfortable with a big soft bed, outside balcony, multiple places to relax. It is fitted with a beautiful bathroom including a shower and bath. The swimming pool is beautiful and an amazing place to relax after your hot visit at Ankor Wat. The spa is nice and includes a steaming room, sauna and gym. They provide good quality massages as well. The restaurant serves really good local food for dinner. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide variety of local and western food. The best thing about our stay was 100% the staff, they really go beyond everything for you and make your stay amazing. They were super friendly and helpful, booked attractions in the neighbourhood for us and were always smiling. The housekeeping did an amazing job and cleaned our room twice a day, unbelievable. A special thanks to Hak who really made our anniversary unforgettable! Hak and his team set up a romantic dinner table with candles and roses and even made our bed and bath with rose paddles, amazing!
