The room was really good, and the breakfast was also excellent. The property has great amenities, including a nice sauna (both dry and wet) and two jacuzzis—one hot and one cold. There’s also a small but well-equipped gym. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely pool area with sunbeds and showers, which was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

I highly recommend this hotel to stay during your Angkor visit. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is gorgeous with their hospitality level, SPA is great and you can make an appointment before your arrival. The property was stunning , the rooms were so nicely decorated, clean, MASSIVE and the beds so comfy! The pool area was so nice and quiet every single day. The beauty of this place was how its a little out the centre so it's soooo quiet ; it's only $1 in a tuktuk to the centre of siem reap with Grab. We loved our stay and it was such good value for money

All the staff in the hotel are very friendly. It did not matter who you meet; the reception staff, the servers at the restaurant, the pool staff, the housekeeping staff, or the landscaper staff, every one is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Lin, the person at the reception, welcomed us when we arrived at the hotel. He checked-us in and brought us to our room and explained the facilities available in there. Throughout our 7-day stay there, he and his crew answered all the questions we had and displayed the upmost professionalism in carrying out their duties. THANK YOU MR. LIN AND THE RECEPTION CREW FOR EVERYTHING. Mr. Hak, person-in-charge of the restaurant at the hotel is another fine example of what it means to provide 5-star service to his customers. He would greet us with a smile as he ushered us to our table. He and his staff must be commanded for their attentiveness, friendliness, and diligence in ensuring that customers requests (i.e. in getting them their coffee or tea) are met. I am lactose intolerant and had requested for soy milk when we patronized the restaurant the next morning for our breakfast. Mr. Hak remembered that and for the next 7 days, soy milk was brought to the table every morning the moment we sat down. THANK YOU MR. HAK AND YOUR SERVICE CREW FOR MAKING OUR BREAKFAST SO MEMORABLE.

We stayed for a couple of nights and afterall we were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were amazing and willing to help you in any way, like booking trips or helping us get to the city. The food was nice and the pool was enjoyablr. Special thank you to the driver Vuthy, who helped us to find our bus and thanks to all the waiters who were just amazing. The staff at the spa were so amazing too and we enjoyed our massages at spa. We were really pleased with our stay and everything went perfect. Its only that there was a construction going on at the time of our stay and they started really early so there was a bit of noice coming from there. Really nice hotel with amazing staff, we will definitely come again!
