A quiet and clean place with a few rooms for those looking for privacy. A real experience of staying in a small japanese town not so crowded with tourists. Close to a good public onsen and a natural thermal where you can relax soaking your feet in warming waters. Also close to the bus stop that takes to the 7 waterfalls park. I am very grateful to the owner who had sent me by international post a collectors item I could only find in Japan and forgot at the hotel.

Our stay here was one of the best experiences we had in Japan. The house beautifully combines traditional Japanese architecture with thoughtful, modern interior design - from the retro-style equipped kitchen and cozy tatami areas to the private onsen and elegant, almost royal bedrooms. Every corner is tastefully designed and well maintained, with a minimalist garden outside that completes the serene atmosphere. The morning sun filled the house with beautiful light, making it feel truly special. The location was also excellent - close enough to explore nearby nature spots, waterfalls, and coastal views. The house can easily accommodate up to 10 people without feeling crowded, with at least three double beds and plenty of space on the tatami floors. Practical details were also well covered: two smart toilets, a washing machine, and even drip coffee equipment for slow mornings. We only wish we could have stayed longer – and we’re already dreaming about coming back someday.

The hospitality was brilliant!! This was an emersion in Japanese culture and I enjoyed every moment - from leaving my shoes at the entrance, wearing a kimono to the private onsen, the huge room with tatami flooring to the excellent Japanese breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and this was not enough! The hotel is uphill and my room had a lovely view downhill and over the sea shore. Vending machines are available downstairs. The hotel is in a very quiet environment. I sprained my ankle quite badly and the owner offered to take me back to the station, which I really appreciated

Beautiful accomodation. Nice, clean and comfortable. We loved the wooden smell and enjoyed the private bath. The breakfast was delicious. Easy to get to with a car. Self check in and check out process was smooth to do especially as we arrived late. Should have stayed another night or made sure to arrive early to properly enjoy the accomodation.

Very close to the beach, simple but very testy breakfast. Great place for surfing, you can rent a boat here. Great nice onsen.
