The property and rooms were stunning! We were welcomed by the owner when we arrived who gave us a full background about the hotel. The views, the restoration of the church and all the rooms were gorgeous. We had a free room upgrade to their best room which was so lovely. We ate at the restaurant the evening we stayed and we’re floored by the quality and taste of the tasting menu and wine. After dinner the owner drove us in the golf buggy up to the spa where we had an hour in the jacuzzi under the stars before the owner came to pick us up an hour later at midnight. Would highly recommend staying here!

- incredible gem close to Perugia! You get the whole apartment that includes kitchen with living room, master bedroom with bathroom (bath + toilet) and kids room + another WC with toilet + walk in closet - Fabrizio is exceptional host! So kind and attentive! - there are all details for your comfort >> to basic essentials like toilet paper and shower gel, you get all you need really. Feels like proper home (with coffee, milk, pasta, pancakes, yogurt and juices). You can even spend the night watching Netflix on a very comfy couch! - free parking next to the building - quiet area...we slept with our windows open during the night as i try minimizing AC usage. But there is a working AC in the apartment.

Staff were excellent Rooms very clean The costs for drinks and staff was reasonable Distance from hotel to town was a 20 min walk, for us who use gym at home, a walk was our excercise so served us right.

We lived on the ground floor, at the back of the main building hosting the restaurant and we had a table and chairs and sun loungers on the terrace just outside our front door, where we had breakfast and dinner, with a fantastic view of surrounding fields and hills. The flat was spacious, the bed comfortable. The shower worked well, the water was warm. There was a microwave and the fridge was large with a freezer section. We could park the car near our door. There was generally a lot of space, we never had the feeling of being cramped with other tourists. We loved how the family who owns the farm treated us. They were very human and welcoming (and can speak English) and gave us a lot of good advice and explanations concerning the food prepared at their restaurant. The two meals we had in the restaurant were memorable, handmade fresh pasta, truffles.... We would definitely come back and we can wholeheartedly recommend this holiday destination. It's very good for people who like being in contact with nature, on an "agriturismo" run for several generations by the same family.
