Our vacation was great👍 Everywhere is clean and tidy. A comfortable room, there is also room cleaning. The pool is beautiful, there is a bar. Very tasty long breakfasts, which are included in the price of accommodation and it is very convenient. There is also a home farm on the territory of the villa. A very wonderful place to relax with children. The staff is friendly to guests. Very nice owners. We also advise you to visit the restaurant "Roxy"👍, which is located 2 km from the villa, it is very tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would like to visit this place again. I also want to recommend this place for rest both for couples and for families with children 🤗

The location is a bit hard to find and a surprise as it is in an industry park.. The room is simply perfect and the kindness of the owner is superb. Limited rooms but recommended if you are in the surroundings of Aprilia

Perfect location - one can go to the beach or to rome using public transport very easily. The appartement is clean and really next to the station Lido Nord. Cozy balcony. Eduardo is a nice and very considerate host - very smooth experiance. Highly recommended.

There is not place like home but as everyone knows but what I liked about the property is I felt like home! I really enjoyed my stay as I was with my 1 year old son.the place was very quiet and peaceful for someone who wants to scape from crowded.the owner was so kind and caring as for example the day of check in the room was warmed up for which I really appreciate;) yeah I really enjoyed being there I recommend.

A very nice and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Room was very clean and very big with a big tv and Netflix which was a big bonus for a chill night. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. Accesible by car as it is a bit far from the town but really worth it as it offers a very nice view.

We loved the host and the service, she was extremely nice and welcoming. We could rent bikes, get help with directions and she even drove us to the station. The B&B was beautiful, decorated with good taste and clearly recently renovated. The breakfast was excellent. Being Parisian we are very picky with the croissants and they were excellent 👌. The beach is just across the road, as is the bus station. The rail station is a short walk from the location. Finally, the rooftop terrace is nothing short of amazing and you could spend your weekend not moving from there.
