Everything was super. The property was special, very well decorated and beautiful. The owners father looked after us throughout our stay via google translate. It is 5 minutes from the escalator that can take you to the top of Spoleto.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The views were spectacular. They really showcased the beauty and diversity of the Umbria region. Agrileisure Time has so much to offer: sensational food, the opportunity to dine in at night (which we did every night), farm experiences, pool, and a variety of other activities. The location was excellent for day trips throughout the region. The point of difference was the genuine hospitality from our hosts, Nicola, Debra, Suzanne and their staff who went out of their way to look after us and suggest areas to visit. We will certainly be back and we will be highly recommending this fabulous place to everyone Thank you and ciao for now

We had the most amazing time at this place! We were both feeling a little bit under the weather and the staff did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible, they even made us soup and brought it to our room and refused to take any charge for it! Can’t recommend it enough!

We arrived at apartments at night. Owners met us and help us to reach the apartments. It’s typical Italian house, it helped us to fell ourselves Italians. And the most beautiful place was a terrace with wonderful view where we eat our breakfast. Everything was great!

The place is magical and the staff even more wonderful and so open to help and adjust. We arrived late and the manager and chef prepared what they called a simple dinner. It was so much food and so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. On top you have all kinds of animals on the farm and a donkey that walks with you around like a dog. To crown all this, the price that is more than fair. Dinner for 2 with wine costed 60 Euros.

Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.
