The location was unbelievable but if you want to stay in somewhere that gives you the true experience of sorrento then this is your place, so much better than the big chain hotels. Place is immaculate and rooms are massive.Grace who runs the property is unbelievable also, anything you need she is there for you and any information you may need while staying in sorrento she is available, she is so polite and English is better than mine 😀 Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We spent three days at the hotel and it was incredible. Thanks to Antonella and Giuseppe for making our stay so memorable in such a unique setting. Everything was perfect! The dinners and breakfasts were excellent. The food was of high quality, and it was the best we've tasted in Sorrento. The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view, but most importantly, it was all thanks to you! From the moment we arrived, you took such good care of us. Your kindness, availability, and incredible professionalism made our stay truly special. Despite the hotel is on the hills overlooking the city and the sea, there were no problems accessing it. We even had access to a special shuttle provided by Antonella and Giuseppe in their car, which was very convenient for us. Thank you again, and know that you've become our new favorite!

Very nice and helpful owner. Delicious breakfast. The room was very clean (every day cleaning). The room is just perfect for two people. Very comfortable with a beautiful terrace/balcony and an amazing view. The location is just right - at the meeting point of Sorrento and Sant'Agnello.

Our stay at Hotel Britania was superb. Stefano and his team were amazing from start to finish. Always so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely every morning. The view from the rooftop was exceptional. Our room was very spacious and clean.
