One of the loveliest holiday homes we've ever stayed in. Just down the hill from Pienza (about a 15 min walk) with amazing views of the south of the town. The inside of the house is cool and recently refurbished and the outside has a terrace facing Pienza in one direction and down into Val d'Orcia in the other. The house is surrounded by the hosts' farm and we were welcome to walk through the olive groves. The hosts, Marida and Maurizio, live just a few metres away and couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful (with the assistance of google translate).

A very warm and lovely house!!!! The owners are sweet and helpful!! They recommended good restaurant in Pienza and gave a warm tour of their farm. The location is perfect just under Pienza, we enjoyed a very good view in the house, very spacious, clean and good hot water for bathing.

This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.

A great place to stay near Pienza, close to montepolciano and montelcino, whe got a warming welcome when we arrived, the rooms are big and the family rooms are big and comfortable the breakfast was spoiling and Laura and Luigi are wonderful ,they gave us advice about the area and always smiled and very helpful with anything, we want to come back!!!!

We are a family of four and had a great time in Montepulciano thanks to our host, Monica. She goes the extra mile to ensure our pleasant stay. The property's location is strategic. It's close to Penzia, Val d'Orcia, Therme San Filippo...... The view from the property is breathtaking. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The property is well maintained and well equipped. Contactless check in and check out is easy too. Monica is always helpful and ready to help through Whatsapp.
