Federica is an amazing host, very kind, helpful and flexible. The junior suite was amazing, very clean and every detail was perfect. In the room there is a kettle and a small fridge as well as a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The garden outside is also very nice to spend some time relaxing outside. I will definitely come back!

The owner was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Everything was clean, and she served us an Italian breakfast in the morning. Please note, this is a room in the house where the family lives. This means no privacy. You are with the whole family in the same rooms like the kitchen and lounge. The peaceful quiet area and the air conditioning in the room were extremely pleasant.

We were on the Via Francigena on bicycles. Anna & Carlo were very welcoming and warm. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely wonderful with a fantastic balcony. They were incredibly helpful.

The Villa Cantoni is located in an old building in the center of the city. It is about 10 minutes by walk from the train station and near by a lot of good restaurant. Very big room and also the bathroom very big. Thank You to the staff for the nice stay. Really quiet place.

We liked the cleanliness of the flat and the bed is extremely comfortable. The house has everything you need. The host will provide the house with all the things you need and be in touch with you if you require assistance. There's a coffee machine and some coffee capsules, a pack of pasta and other essentials for cooking. The bathroom also has a jacuzzi bathtub (although it's hard to keep the water level up). Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Everything was lovely. The suites are gorgeous and tubs are heaven. Food was yummy from the restaurant and Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and it was lovely and clean. You can book your sun loungers around the pool which is so much better than fighting for one in the summer hols
