Newly renovated property, with very tasteful neutral colours, white stone, wonderful room with great lighting, shower, air-conditioning, wifi. Owner went out of her way to assist in anything that we required, kept in touch with us ( through what's app) suggesting restaurants, beach areas, making reservations etc. Wonderful breakfast, with artiginall yogurts, fresh fruit, baked goods, etc.

Our stay at Le Carasse was Incredible. Francesco and the staff were so kind and welcoming, we received VIP hospitality. The location is great and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Excellent experience, we loved every minute.

The location was close to the seaside just in the middle of the city, having free parking close to it. A really good place to stay between Bari, Alberobello and Polignano al mare. The staff was really nice, serving a good and diverse breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and was looking really good.

    The deluxe apartment was really nice, much nicer than on the pictures. Jacuzzi in the room was a great treat! Room is spacious and quiet. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
