The room was very clean and everything was new. The owner was very helpful about anything. I checked-in around 20.00 and I didn’t have any problem because the owner explained everything with details. He was so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of bars and restaurants and touristic places.

Perfect place, room has everything what you could need, few drinks in the minibar which included in the price and refilled every day. Owner is really nice and friendly, felt like a friend of us, even gave us some home made cakes for the road when we left. Florence is 15-20 min away by car. The garden is beautiful, perfect to sit out with morning coffe or with a wine during the evening.

Great location. Spotlessly clean and fabulous staff. We had the room immediately above the entrance and it was great to watch the world go by but then, windows closed, and silence! Highly recommended.

We loved our stay from the moment we arrived, with a perfect check in experience. The staff took note of my birthday during our stay and made it super special. The breakfast was also great, with the best cappucino we had in Italy. Phillipo was the best host you could ask for, he was fun, very accommodating, vibrant, knowledgeable a great chef and could not be more hospitable generous and kinder. We spent 4 fun days where we ate, swam, relaxed and laughed after travelling all the way from New Zealand. We would highly recommend Tenuta Massabò to anyone who wants the full Tuscany experience, with a lot of laughs and the best eggs and Chianti thrown in.

Serene scenery. Nice out doors with private swimming pool, and furniture . Excellent interiors. Fully equipped. A special word of appreciation to mr. Licio. our host. He picked and dropped us in the bus stop. Very friendly and cooperative. I strongly suggest to people visiting Florence to go to this and have nice relaxation.

    It was within 30mins/1hr of most attractions in tuscany. Food was good with plenty of wine to sample given the region (chianti). Nice pool area with multiple hot tubs shared & private. With guests in and out doing their own thing it never seemed over crowded which was nice

    We enjoyed a relaxing couple of nights, we never felt the need to venture far during our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. All public spaces welcoming and clean. Restaurant was very good, Highly reccomend.

    Good size hotel, big enough room, clean. Has lifts, Has restaurant option on site which is handy to not drive out for dinner. Friendly staff, and they also had a kitten which was a total highlight! <3 plenty of parking space. We also walked around - had a few hot tubs (I think) and a swimming pool which must be cool in summer, I guess.
