The host was great, so helpful and full of knowledge about the restaurants around the and everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing (they are the owners of a Cafe nearby!). The location is in the old city, 5 minutes away from everything.

Artistic location in a small town near Bari, with everything decorated with the owner’s own art pieces. It looks very particular from all the places where we’ve been. It has an outstandingly artistic and cozy character that makes you instantly feel at home. Breakfast is served until 12 pm, which is great, at a nearby bar in the main square of this small town, which is way nicer than being at a big hotel in dirty Bari. The place is very clean, we had coffee, tea, sweets and drinks at our discretion. Great redesign work of a house which is hundreds of years old. Isabella, the owner, is so pleasant to be around! We had great conversations, she suggested a lot of places to visit in Puglia and helped us with all we needed. We decided to go back one more night on the return part of our trip.

We had a superb stay with our two children at Materiis. The place is magnificent, calm, surrounded by nature and decorated with great taste. The place exudes serenity while being very comfortable and close to the sea and towns like Alberobello. The breakfast is varied, plentiful and excellent. Elena and Mark are adorable and give good advice for visiting the surrounding area.

Micaela is a wonderful hostess and Trulli Terra Magica's setting and facilities are superb. Putignano is not itself a tourist destination but we found it to be an excellent base from which to explore all Puglia's famous attractions and it has some good local restaurants.
