Great hotel for skiers but what stood out was the quality of housekeeping.

HOTEL de LEN is in the heart of Cortina. It offers ski storage and the ski bus to the Faloria and Col Druscie ski lifts stops just outside.

I traveled by myself to run a race and I could have not picked a better place! The staff were my greatest support and cheerleaders . So warm, welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to the area . It quickly became home away from home . The hotel was gorgeous and the rooms very spacious! I really miss everyone already!!!

We booked Faloria for the spa after the slopes but it exceeded our expectations. The staff are incredible and enhanced our stay. The concierge staff who always had smiles and laughs, Vito and Marcello who provided lifts back and forth to town and Salah at the bar. We were blown away by the hospitality and were very sad to say goodbye. Our room was beautiful with a view overlooking the mountains and sunrise. The bathtub itself is worth the price of accommodation. We also loved the little touches like the little dessert left during turndown. During our stay, we had massages which were pleasant and catered more for relaxation. We loved the outdoor spa, this was a delight to sit in as the snow fell. Worth the money! We will be back to this Italian mountainside piece of paradise.

From the moment we arrived the staff was so helpful and even upgraded our room. The room was clean and everything was perfect. Our stay ended and we wanted to extend by one day. The staff again went above and beyond and made this trip so special.

Hotel Menardi is 300 metres away from the Freccia nel Cielo Ski Lifts, just north of Cortina D’Ampezzo. It is a family-run hotel with large, comfortable rooms and a fine restaurant.

Very,very kind staff. Interesting furnished and decorated common areas and a pleasant atmosphere around the fireplace. Delicious dinner options. 15 minutes from the city center.

The barman and the receptionist guys were really amazing. very professional, nice and polite. Breakfast was very good. The swimming pool and spa amazing. We had a very good time. Highly recommend.
