Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities! in the kitchen and in every room, it has an espresso coffee maker and capsules to make your coffee. also, there is a cafe for French Coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped! 10 is a bit much for this particular accommodation. And the restaurant "Enjoy," which is right across the room, is excellent!

I liked most of all personnel!!! all stuff were so kind and predictable. and also beautiful… amazing people, place, interior and service! besides all they help me twice: 1) to find my AirPods; 2) to spend hours before plane… I had early flight, so it’s not needed to book the room… and I spend hours till late night at their nice warm lobby😊

Both the complex (gardens, swimming pool, hot tubs) and the room were simply perfect, but the thing that struck me and my wife the most was the kindness and dedication that the staff have in making the experience at Poggio delle Molare unforgettable. Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. The property is a short walk from town. Really central and very easy to walk to the lake. It is a steep ish road down to the lake and a bit of a climb up but was fine, even in the heat. Hosts so friendly & helpful. A delight!! They helped us with travel to our friend's wedding. They had no English and our Italian was sketchy but we got by.
