We loved absolutely everything! The host was incredibly kind, the room was enormous (half a house), and the breakfast table was fully set. There was plenty of local food and drinks, along with the option to make coffee yourself. The atmosphere was cozy and delightful, and the price was excellent.

What a happiness to get here and live in the villa of the hospitable Cristiana! A stunningly beautiful garden that serves delicious and generous breakfasts! The tables are covered with tablecloths with lace, 2 kindest Labrador sisters met us every morning! Antique furniture and chandeliers, collections of dishes, mirrors, a cozy library with a fireplace and a piano, the villa is so beautiful, it is very pleasant to relax in it! And Cristiana did everything to help organize our vacation! She met and accompanied us, booked us a transfer, reserved the best restaurants for us, organized a trip to the lake and boat management, we really appreciate everything!!!! We had a great pleasure to be guests of Cristiana, and we will be happy to come back again!

We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet escape with great hospitality.

Nice surroundings around the area. Possibilities of taking nice walks. Nice with animals around including St Bernard dog, wildboars, lizards, sleeping mouses etc. Also a beautiful waterfall on the area. We really felt we were out in the nature. Employees very friendly and service minded. The interior of the house was beautiful. Felt authentically Italian.

I can not express enough what an amazing expierence it was! And we had an opportunity to stay in the castle all alone. Ghost stories all night long;))) The castle is amazing! We were a family of five who were lucky enough to spend part of our summer holiday here, and the stay could not have been better. Both children and adults had a wonderful time – whether in the pool or out in the beautiful nature surrounded by animals. The hosts welcomed us with warmth and knowledge that truly made the visit special. We also learned a lot about the area and its history, and as an extra treat we were allowed to taste their own wine – an experience in itself. A fantastic place with genuine charm and hospitality. Highly recommended!
