This is a huge territory with a lot of things to do without even leaving the property. Parking, 8 swimming pools, 6 beaches: stony and sandy. Area with animals: donkeys, horses, wild pigs, different birds and many more. It’s a place where people come with their kids and enjoy the services offered. They have animation and excursions for kids, it’s nice. Also Nice beans coffee station at the breakfast. WiFi only by the pool, reception or bars. This is positive I think, on vacation, we shouldn’t be hanging in our phones :) For us it was just me and my boyfriend. We rented a car, so reaching out to the hotel and then to eat in Tortolì (closest) city wasn’t hard. Also we did everything by walk within the hotel, everything is quite reachable. Also special thanks to Daniele and Simone, these guys were amazing with helping us with luggage, small rides within hotels. They are very kind and professional, we didn’t even have cash to give, the simply like what they do and very nice with guests.

We liked it a lot last summer and came back also this year for our seaside vacation. We were not disappointed! Everything was great: - private beach - excellent food and service at Sa Gana Restaurant (huge thanks to the amazing chefs Roberto & Giuseppe and their team)! - Bellavista Spa (we enjoyed a series of massages by excellent professionals Carol and Paolo)! - Lido di Orrì with its golden sands beach was only 10 min away, they brought us there on an inflatable boat - Traditional Sardinian Evening on Saturday is a highlight!

It was our honeymoon trip and that was the best place to be! Barbara helped us so much! And we really loved our room in Dunes area! Amazing views, amazing territory, beautiful beaches and we noticed that its very cool place for families and kids, because it feels safe there. Another thing that we loved that there were many activities like paddle/tennis, we made hiking (area is huge with lots of plants and blossoming flowers), we played with animals, went to spa and enjoyed our boat trip to the most stunning areas of the island. The stuff was very friendly. Thanks for our unforgettable stay!!!

Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of excellent, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality of our host, Andrea. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Andrea, who patiently walked us through all the property details. The thoughtful welcome package, complete with drinks, coffee pods, and local biscuits and sweets, was a delightful touch that made us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Andrea's attentiveness was remarkable. Daily check-ins via WhatsApp ensured we had everything we needed, and Andrea was always ready to assist with any requests. The property itself was impeccable. Our suite was spotlessly clean and peacefully quiet. The added conveniences of private parking and a barbecue area at our disposal enhanced our stay significantly. Location-wise, we couldn't have asked for better. The proximity to a large supermarket made self-catering a breeze. Moreover, Andrea's local knowledge proved invaluable, providing us with excellent recommendations for beaches to visit and restaurants to try in the area. In summary, this property offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine, caring hospitality experience. Andrea's dedication to guest satisfaction, combined with the property's cleanliness, amenities, and prime location, made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing terrace with a great view. We loved having breakfast while looking at the beach and listening to the waves. The sandy beach has a lot of sun loungers, so you usually find a good spot to relax there (but note that the first row is reserved for certain rooms or for an additional cost). The restaurant at the hotel is quite good and gets very busy every night.

Amazing location! Stunning views from the restaurant and the room. Staying at the hotel gives you access to the whole Arbatax park which is very cool! There’s a private rocky beach too, which is ideal to relax! I loved the little balcony with the walls covered with plants and the sea view! Very relaxing very romantic!

Fantastic view from spatious room on the top. Confortable, cosy, clean. Huge warderobe, spatious bathroom with dressing gowns and slippers. Cosy room with plenty of space. Nice and quiet. Fantastic staff, courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the most fabulous setting with mile- wide view. Sumptuous, impeccably served breakfast- again and again served by friendly, helpful and relaxed professionals. Good service all through, all the week we spent there. It was money well spent choosing the " adults only".

Everything! We’d had plans originally to go on day trips away from the resort but there were so many different pools and beach spaces to visit within the resort that we didn’t bother. It was such a lovely space to completely relax and unwind, with so much character. The people were lovely, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and it had such amazing views.

Spacious room and bathroom, staff was very helpful to suggest restaurants in the area. The beaches in the resort are nice and quiet, with umbrellas to be used by hotel guests. Kayaks and sups available too. Breakfast was very good.
