Loved the interior. It really reflects Iceland. Due to the bad weather we didn’t make use of the hot tub or the outside area but they were very pretty. We arrived around 22 and the owner did not make any issues about that, thankfully. Communication was quick.

I really want to come back. Our room was just beyond. We had wonderfull view on the nature, pool was near and we liked it so much. Selection on breakfast was great. I ate too much I guess. Best stay on Iceland. And the local cat...she is one big fluff of cuteness. Thank you for pleasant stay.

We stayed at 7 hotels in Iceland. By far this one was the best, mainly because the staff were so helpful, welcoming and genuine. The atmosphere in the hotel was so peaceful and calm, it felt like staying in our friends house. There is a perfect hygge lounge for viewing the stars or northern lights if your lucky. Rooms and beds were high quality, recently renovated, very comfy. Hot tub area is perfect. Free tea and cookies was the cherry on the top. Again special shout out to the staff, they went above and beyond their duties to make us feel welcome.

It’s a perfect base for exploring the golden circle and the south coast. There is only 7 km to Hveragerdi and Selfoss, cities with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

Basic clean and cosy rooms that were just what we required. Super friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub was amazing.

The cottage location was great, greeted by the local farm dog which was pretty cool. The cottage and hot tub with room space was more than we than we expected. Thank You for your hospitality we would love to come back again. Thank You from your neighbours in the UK

The guesthouse is tastefully decorated and super clean. The surroundings are peaceful with a great view of sunset. The breakfast had a range of selections and was very satisfying. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
