One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional guest relations manager Deepmala. From the very beginning, she made me feel like a valued guest, taking the time to greet me personally and show me to my room. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from arranging transportation to recommending the best local restaurants and attractions. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of incredible, and I have the guest relations manager to thank for making it so special. The staff are lovely, the facilities clean, and the food is delicious. I actually ate lunch and dinner there several times because the food was safe and always of the highest quality.
