What an amazing stay we had at the Imperial! The staff were so kind and professional. They treated us like Royals! The hotel is simply stunning, the architecture and decoration are a must. I spent a whole hour strolling around the hotel and it was amazing. Everything is just woah! We got upgraded to a suite that was very spacious and so comfortable! The service is perfect, the staff really ensure that you are having the best stay. They are always happy to help you with any query you might have and they really made me feel at home. The gym is also great, the machines are brand new and there are many options. Bonus point for the cold towels available at the end of your workout! The swimming pool is also amazing, it is a little bubble of relaxation in the heart of busy Delhi. Looking forward to my next trip Delhi so that I can come back to the Imperial!

The room on the 11th floor had a spectacular view over the city. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and, in fact, almost no noise could be heard around during our stay. The hotel is centrally-located, not too far away from the metro stations and shopping areas.

It’s a beautiful and very clean hotel with great bed , right in a great street in Delhi. The food in the hotel is good there are also restaurants on walking distance and also I could get a cab from the hotel or a Tuktuk on the streets at any moment. The location is very central. Special thanks to Amar and Kaleen, they have been very helpful for recommendations from restaurants, tours and in my case some special requests. Real experts in the hectic Delhi, thank you!

The property was pristine, beautiful, smelt nice and had an array of modern facilities. The food was also delightful and the staff offered exceptional service. Mohit, a manager at the front desk was a rock star and possessed the right mix of professionalism and empathy. Moving to unknown destination for my exam was a perturbing one ,little did I know that it was going to be an exceptional experience. All staff were very professional in dealing with me. My greatest acknowledgement goes to Paveen, mehn ....!!!!he is very great .that's how he went about his food services and his speech were soo much of humility. Kamal was another excellent man , I needed an assistance for something and he warmly assisted me with that. Again, getting a transport to the town was assisted by the receptionist. Tidying of my room was never an issue. Anything you need,just call and you would be immediately assisted. The images of the hotel I saw in bookings.com was exactly what I went to see .The outside of the hotel looks busy and noisy but external noise does not affect inside the hotel.To all the staff of Gold Regency I say thank you for making my stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to visit new Delhi.

Really good location, lovely rooms and nice bathrooms. Very quiet, which is remarkable for this part of Delhi. Excellent room service, very good food, great Minibar! I needed to use the laundry service due to a mishap on the metro. The hotel arranged it with the greatest of efficiency. What really made for an excellent experience was the staff; all of them incredibly helpful, polite and just very lovely. Particular mention should go to Shadab on the front desk. He immediately made me feel welcome on my arrival, sorted out the laundry and helped with my onward travel.
