Everything was perfect. We felt very welcome... thanks to all members of personell. Our special thanks towards the property-owner and his wife , to George for all the help , and especially for our " neighbour " Martin who was constantly smiling, joking , making our day and hardworking . The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Both balconies offered a lovely view, making it a great spot to relax. The location was very quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The front desk was available at all times, and the staff were genuinely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would happily stay here again.

The place was so beautiful and clean! We absolutely loved staying here. Ashwathy was very accommodating and gave us amazing recommendations on where to shoo and eat. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and great location close to almost everything !

LOVED IT! Certainly exceeded my expectation. The online reviews are all true and we were really happy with our stay. From our check-in experience to our room stay, to my gym experience and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here. Even our laundry was delivered on time when we checked in really late and were leaving early too. Breakfast was the BEST so far that we've experienced in Kerala. Value for money on all aspects of our stay. We encountered most places charging exorbitant rather with no product or service to match, so thank you Holiday Inn Cochin and keep up the great work!

A beautifully restored old building in a great location. The room was large and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the pool and courtyard were delightful. Didn't have breakfast there but there are lots of places around to eat. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Would recommend without hesitatiion.

The hosts are amazing! They would go out of their way in ensuring that you have a great experience! I fell sick on the day of Christmas and needed a doctor, Elvin sent his brother to find one because everything nearby was close. The food at the hotel is out of the world. They have a pork dish where pork is marinated in wine for 8 hours. It's a must try.
