I recently stayed at Citadines OMR Chennai and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and the bathroom was kept spotless throughout my stay. The lobby area was welcoming and modern, providing a great first impression. The service was commendable; the staff were attentive and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries.

the breakfast buffet was incredible - so much choice and of high quality. The spa area was phenomenal, my dad enjoyed the male section and me, my sister and my mum enjoyed the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. The bathrooms were so well appointed and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The facilities were second to none and also they gave me a birthday cake for my birthday! was really touched! The staff there, at each level and department, went over and beyond - this was our favourite stay of our 2 week trip!

The staff were particularly attentive and helpful. The ambience of the whole hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious with a beautiful bathroom with a spa bath and a great shower room. We particularly liked the separate dressing room. The swimming pool and surrounding area was relaxing with attentive staff providing towels and water.
